I asked myself today:
if my work here is an extension of who I am, â£â£
what kind of content can I offer to the women of the world? â£â£
the world doesn’t need any more aesthetics, â£â£
for perfection is to feed an ego that doesn’t need feeding.â£â£
â£â£
instead,
we need more women to live a brave vulnerability.â£â£
we need more women to tell their story behind their masked insecurities.â£â£
we need more women to show up for themselves â£â£
in their mess and unreadiness, â£â£
with no make up and hair that hasn’t been washed for days.â£â£
â£â£
you see, healing work is not always glamorous, â£â£
it’s how we tend to these wounds of oursâ£â£
with the kind of movement that â£â£
embodies more compassion than judgement.â£â£
â£â£
a movement that is less doing, â£â£
and more feeling. â£â£
â£â£
I knew that it is through my humility â£â£
I’d find great strength and purpose— â£â£
â£â£
an alignment with each and every stride, â£â£and so I thought, I just want to be me.â£â£
â£â£
I just want to be free. â£â£

📖 Day 4/100: â£â£
Vulnerability is the willingness to show up for yourself— to be seen and heard as you are. â£â£
Today on top of the page, write the word “Vulnerable.â€â£â£
What does this word mean to you? What does the word “vulnerable†feel or look like to you? â£â£
Have you allowed yourself to feel vulnerable lately?â£â£
